As many different filter systems are available at present, not always can you find the proper and speedy filters that you want. While evaluating the filter choices in your hand, you have to take into consideration the parts forming the filters, production and operating form, its parts that may be damaged, its energy requirements and the most important one which is the efficiency you will get from it. That filter system is used very successfuly for the large volume filtre needs in many industrial equipments, chipboard facility, shavings, sands, cement powders, coal dusts and fiber production facilities. GF type filter, is used for pre grader or directly as well. For hard materials such as cement powders, fibers and for particles conveying systems, the pre grader type of GF filter system is used. The system guarantees the fixed filtering capacity that is to say the most appropriate air cleaning values. The last outlet values releasing to the clean air is even under the values required for the many filter inspection standarts.
Advantages
• It requires almost no maintenance thanks to its simple structure
• Energy requirement for filtering function is very low.
• There is no pressurized air requirement like in jet pulse filters
• It guarantees the fixed filtering capacity values
• The last outlet values releasing to the air is very low compared to the standarts.
• It does not occupy much place, rather it is like an elevator.
• The life of the bags are long thanks to its dense suction cleaning system.
• Safeguarding system against explosion is in accordance with VDI-Regulation 3673 standarts.
Its Structure and Functions
The main principle is in the filter unity shown in the figure. Dusty air comes to a pre grader consisting from a cyclone and then it goes down to the radial room through entering from the chimney on the upper side of the filter, then it is diffused to the filter bags from the mentioned radial room, so the dusts are left in the other filter bags of which end is closed. The revolving suction rotor placed in the centre of the radial room cleans the filter bags, by sucking the dust from the cirrcular chambers. The revolving rotor passes to the other one after sucking the dusts encountered at its opposite.
The single moving part of the filter is the revolving dust suction rotor. It is 0,55 kW motorized reducer-propelled. |
