The aplication area of Screw Conveyors are limited, as the suitable materials for these type of conveyors are very few. These kind of conveyors are not used for conveying the big parts, fragile, abrasive, compressible and adhesive materials, rather they are efficient in a regular feeding. GÜRMAK MAKİNA Screw Conveyors is equipped with clamp valf against overloading, and if there is any clamp that may prevent the revolving of the spiral, it stops the conveyor immediately. Screw Conveyors generally operates in low and medium capacity (100[m3/hour]) and in short conveying spaces and in horizontal and mild slope position((10 - 20°). For the slopes over 20° tubular Screws are pruduced.

All kinds of dry and wet materials can be conveyed through these type of conveyors. Vulcanized(fabrication) attached Screw bands are used for the band conveyors that we manufacture, and the whole conveyors equipments(chasis and rolls included) are manufactured in detachable designs, then they are mounted within the application area. Upon any desire, the upper surface of the band is coated fully and, walkway are made as well.
